• Reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking
• Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 hours before the scheduled time
• Full refunds are available for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time
• You must arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time
• Warpoint Company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our safety guidelines

Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:

• 100% refund for cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled time
• No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time
• Rescheduling is available up to 2 hours before the scheduled time at no additional cost
• Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5-7 business days

As Warpoint Company is a VR entertainment venue providing on-site services, we do not have a shipping policy. All our services are delivered in person at our location. Your booking confirmation and receipts will be sent to your email address.
